Pfeffer Development broke ground on this 60,000 sq. ft. office building in Midtown Anchorage in October of 2014. Kuukpik Corp. will own the building and occupy one floor, with approximately 40,000 sq. ft. available for lease to other tenants. The project was completed in December of 2015.
