12/09/2014 - Conrac Solutions Announces New Chief Executive and Ownership Structure (Press Release)
SEATTLE - Conrac Solutions, a national leader in rental car facility operations, announced today that it sold a controlling interest in the firm to key employees and investor-consultant Desiree Pfeffer effective December 1, 2014.
Employees Matthew Fairbanks, Amy Barnes and Anthony Criddle join Ms. Pfeffer in the acquisition and reorganization of the company to focus on priorities related to client services and strategic operating solutions for the rental car industry.
Ms. Pfeffer will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Matthew Fairbanks has been named President of the company. Ms. Pfeffer and Fairbanks will team with Member/Officers Anthony Criddle as Vice President of Operations and Amy Barnes as Vice President of Client Relations. The new investors and leadership team acquired a controlling interest in the firm from founder Mark Pfeffer, who will remain on the board and continue to engage in strategy and business development for the firm.

Ms. Pfeffer brings more than 15 years of experience in executive corporate officer roles, including five years as CEO/investor in commercial start-up and growth oriented companies with domestic and international projects. As CEO and owner of Source Solutions, a professional investment, management and consulting practice, Ms. Pfeffer specialized in business strategy, regulatory, federal contracting and management of business transitions for numerous clients, including achieving SBA 8(a) certification and start-up operations for nine Alaska Native Corporations in a wide spectrum of federal business areas.
Since the company's inception, Ms. Pfeffer has provided expertise to Conrac Solutions as a consultant and she now looks forward to her new leadership role with the Conrac Solutions team.
