Alaskans Invited to Celebrate First Krispy Kreme
After years of hoping and wishing, Alaska finally IS getting a Krispy Kreme. All are invited to come celebrate, as the first doughnuts come off the line. The new Krispy Kreme is located at Creekside, at the corner of Debarr & Muldoon. Creekside is owned by Jerry Neeser, Mark Pfeffer and Chignik Lagoon Native Corp. The building project team includes Pfeffer Development, Neeser Construction, KPB Architects, Northrim Bank and Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA).

Our team completed the Kuukpik Corp. building in December of 2015, and finished the tenant improvements for Kuukpik's new offices on the 6th floor in early January of 2016.
