Construction of Body Renew, BurgerFi and Krispy Kreme at Creekside Underway
More than 50 people gathered to break ground for the new Body Renew, BurgerFi and Krispy Kreme at Creekside in East Anchorage Oct. 7. Krispy Kreme doughnuts were baked in the morning in Seattle, flown in to Anchorage, and served at the event with BurgerFi frozen custard!

Rilke Schule Celebrates Traditional German “Richtfest” (Press Release)
Nearly 200 people celebrated “Richtfest” today in honor of the Rilke Schule German School of Arts and Sciences building currently under construction. Pfeffer Development and Sitnasuak Native Corporation are developing the project under the joint venture, Nanuaq Development.

Nanuaq Development (a joint venture of Pfeffer Development and Sitnasuak Native Corporation), Criterion General, Inc. and RIM Architects will celebrate “Richtfest” for the new Rilke Schule German School of Arts and Sciences building on Thursday, June 11, at 4:30 p.m. The event will be held at the project site at 1846 East 64th Avenue in Anchorage.
