Groundbreaking scheduled for new Tudor Bingo (Media Advisory)
The Pfeffer Development team is exicted to break ground on a new Tudor Bingo Center in Anchoage as a joint venture with Sitnasuak Native Corp. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 2 p.m., for a newthe new Bingo facility behind Parker Drilling and Lily’s Family Restaurant.

State to host Aug. 16 groundbreaking for South Denali recreational facilities (Press Release)
Pfeffer Development facilitated the donation of $1 million of land from United Companies Inc., LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sea Lion Corp., to the State of Alaska. The land will provide ideal access to the future South Denali Visitor Center Complex. We are teaming with UCI, Inc. to develop its remaining private land into a hotel, lodge or other tourist facility that would support the South Denali Visitor Center Complex. On Aug. 16, a groundbreaking at the site located at Mile 135 of the Parks Highway will kick off the first phase of the project and highlight UCI’s generous land donation.
